BLURRY MONDAY

Mondays have always been funny for me. Why is it funny? Because it’s a day when everything seems to be so wrong. What is wrong with my Monday….? Today I felt so hungry since I got diarrhea yesterday. Once I came to the office I totally forgot to have my breakfast at the cafeteria. I’m not usually having my breakfast but I’l l at least have something. But today, there’s nothing to eat. I’m STARVING! Huh! Maybe Monday doesn’t deserve to take the blame. Maybe it’s me. Maybe I just forget to buy me some breakfast today and it happened to be Monday today.

I’ve been so forgetful lately. I’m not sure what’s wrong with me. Maybe because of my age, but I’m only 27 years old. Huh, maybe I need to start reading books and things to increase my brain capabilities. Or else I need to look out for a new hobby. I love shopping, but lately, I’m drifting away from my hobby. My l’il one is keeping me busy. I’ll wait for her to walk on her own, only then shopping will be fun again.

Back to my Monday. Today is a mundane Monday. It was so hard for me to wake up in the morning. I hope it is still Sunday. I just want to sleep all day. Apart from an upset stomach, I’m getting a minor head ache. Huh. Maybe I should take one day off tomorrow.

Why do I hate Mondays? It’s because my mood is still set up to the weekend mood. Weekend is when we got to have sleep in, catching up with friends and family, doing the thing that we lurve and so on. We love our weekend. I normally love sleeping in during weekend. Reason: to catch up on sleep lost during the week. But it is actually bad for our body. There was a research conducted (theage.com.au) and discovered that sleep-ins are actually putting your body out of whack enough to change your Sunday night bedtime and set you up for Monday blues. Erm… I’m 100% agree to the research, but it’s just irresistible. Hihiks! Plus, we’re having so much fun on weekend, and Monday totally ruins it. Come Tuesday, our mood is at the best level for work. For me, my energy is at peak on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Maybe we just have to work on those three days. On Monday, we just sit with all our colleagues and plan ahead what we gonna do for the whole week. And Friday is the day to sit back and relax, a session to view the achievement for the whole week.

I guess that’s all I can talk about. Next time guys!

SARAH FIRST WORDS

I’m not sure whether it’s me or it’s really happening. Baby Sarah had a sore throat since the last two days. There’s a cough coming sometimes. But yesterday, I was stunned by her saying her first MA.... but then there comes her second MA… and I’m sure it was her first words….

According to http://www.babycenter.com.my , five month’s old baby may watch your mouth intently when you speak now, and try to imitate inflections and utter consonant sounds such as "m" and "b."

I’m so happy and I really can’t wait to chit chat with her on so many things. Hihiks!

Sarah @ Souq Attar

It was a very hot n humid Sunday evening when Daddy Sarah decided to drag (:p) us to Souq Attar. It’s located at Masjid Putra, Putrajaya. I really had a mixed feeling about the trip. First, it was because of the hot n humid weather on that day. Second, it was Sunday. Third, I know my baby girl won’t enjoy it simply because the place is not air-conditioned. On the bright side I think, maybe I may show her the blooming flowers n the beautiful lake there just to encourage learning and enhanced her visions on the different colors. But for Sarah, things aren't really so bright and colorful...at all. She hates Souq Attar dat day. I’ve captured few pixs to laugh about.

Daddy's Njoying himself... Not Sarah

Mommy, I'm not excited at all.....

Please Mommy! Let's go home... Enuff of photo already!

We finally decided to go home after she made this face...

BABYSITTER

Mommy Sarah is lookin for a new babysitter since the existing one is opening her own Day Care Centre. Erm... I wudnt comment much on this... she has her own mission to be a successful businesswoman herself, (of course I can't stop dat), now Mommy Sarah has to find a new babysitter which is a challenging thing to do.

We already put up an ads on the notice board at the d flat we're living in. But to date, we rec'd no good response, to be precise no response at all.

My fren had once suggested one babysitter , but considering her location, i I just KIV her on my list, I'm trying to get a babysitter who lives at the same parcel as mine. Too bad, the best one has always been taken. I'm so frustrated.... So after gathering my guts, I called the babysitter my friend once suggested. Her name is Mak Munah.... One good thing about Mak Munah is, she care less if I pick up my L'il one a bit late say at 7.00 pm or even 7.30 pm... Erm, maybe i'l take this one. Hubby n I wud like to give a try on this new babysitter. Hopefully she may take care of my l'il one as her own.

I'l go to her house on Monday... Just a routine check up on Babysitter's house conditions, mainly the cleanliness, n the other small details which I really need to see myself. Hopefully, this one is as excellence as the former.

Wish me luck guys!

We Promise...

We did a tiny effort to save the environment. We finally bring our own shopping bags to shop for groceries. We believe every tiny effort each individual contribute can make a huge differences. We’ll try to implement the 3R which is REUSE, REDUCE n RECYCLE.

There are so many other ways we can do to prolong the age of our mother nature. Through many readings and browsing over the Net, Mummy Sarah found few steps we can try to save our environment.

  • Reduce the usage of plastic bags because of its non-biodegradable textures.
  • Always turn off the lights when you are not using them. It may help in your electricity bills as well.
  • Minimize trash. Try to avoid usage of disposable products such as kitchen napkins, plastics cutlery, and paper towels. Switch to dishwashing cloth and reusable towels.
  • Use soaps and detergents that contain no phosphates. Try to use alternatives such as a mixture of water and vinegar to wash your windows.
  • Install low-flush toilets in your home. This is an effort to cut down water consumption after your loo. =)
  • Prefer showers over baths since showers use less water.
  • Always use recycled paper in your home office and printer. Double side your printing to reduce the usage of paper.
  • Turn off the computer every day to avoid the risk of overheating.
  • Turn the tap off while brushing your teeth to avoid excessive use of water.
  • Get a new hobby: Plant trees. Aside from its beautiful flowers and branches, Trees absorb carbon dioxide and provide shade.
  • Walk, Jog or Run to your local stores. Try to carpool to work, shopping mall or dinner.
  • Air dries your dishes and clothes.

So, finger crossed, we promise to save the environment by making tiny steps every time and we really proud of ourselves for doing our part. So folks, let’s do your part too. You’ll see the difference.

MUMMY DEAREST,

Happy Mother’s day to My Beloved Mummy Puan Faridah Binti Mansor.

My mother is a very simple yet a strong n happy person. I’ve seen her thru thick n thin. I called her Mummy. Mummy has six children, two lovely girls’ n four ambitious boys. Mummy loves them all equally. Berkat of her patience, all of her children is successful in life. It’s really beyond imagination how she strives so much to ensure all of her children needs are fullfill. I couldn’t thank her enough…even if I may give her the world as a gift. I know deep in her heart, she has a sense of achievement and proud of herself seeing all of her children growing up as a successful individual.

My mummy was there when I was sick of school n I didn’t do well in school
My Mummy was there when I feel everyone is against me
My mummy support me morally n financially when I first step to college
My mummy knows when I’m having a problem n goin’ thru a hard time in life
My mummy knows me so much I couldn’t lie to her
My mummy is everything to me; I’l put her first in
everything!

I couldn’t possibly imagine how I may face the world without her support. I really love her. I wish I cud be there for her every single minute. I wish that I cud stay close to her n take care of her like she took care of me while I was very young n naïve. I wish I cud kiss her on her cheeks n hug her so close every morning before work. Because now I realize, the time I spend wif dearest Mummy is so little.

Till now, even I’m married with one kid; I’m happy n feels secured knowing Mummy will always there for me. And I know Mummy always sees me as a little n helpless baby she gave birth to.

Dear Mummy, Thank You so Much for Everything! And as promised, I will bring u to Bandung Next Year!

p/s: Mummy, tks so much for the new Handbag!
