Me and My L'oreal Revitalift!

Three weeks ago, I started using my L'oreal Revitalift White Day and Night Cream after committed to Olay White Radiance ever since my U life. The L'oreal Revitalift White Day Cream has SPF 18 with 15 other benefits such as to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, saggy jaws, uneven skin tones and so on. The first thing that came to my mind was, how could this magic potion kept in a small jar like this. I've bought it for only RM 35.91, 10% off the original price.

The cream smells nice, not like other L'oreal products in which came with a strong weird chemical aroma. The texture of the cream is creamy in which I liked the most. It feels so light and not oily when applied on my skin. I use it twice a day after toning with L'oreal Revitalift Toner. The cream immediately tighten my skin and it looks so fresh and supple. I really love this cream.

To complete my skin regiment, I use the L'oreal Revitalift Night Cream with Elastin. I love this cream so much because it makes my skin looks younger than ever.

After three weeks of using these products, my skin looks more radiance, less oily, tremendous reduction of blackheads, tighter skins especially on my cheeks and jaw, but unfortunately my pores are still visible. Huh! The products are also kind and mild to my skin since no irritation develops till now. I'm planning to get the L'oreal Revitalift Eye Cream to reduce those cute wrinkles under my eyes.

I'll not hesitate to repurchase these products again, but given choices, I'll splurge on Lancome Blanc Expert Ultimate Whitening Beauty Lotion.... Heheheheheh!

040406 : A love like no other

I cannot forget what has happened on this day. 040406 was a very special day to both of us. The threshold of our love and marriage. Little that I know, that night was the beginning of everything.

I was an MMU student back then. Not naive, young and mesmerizing... :p. Whenever I think about myself back then, I think of many sweet and bitter memories I've been through. The story started when I met a gang of boys at Pelita Nasi Kandar, Jalan Ampang. Yeah, the one near the KLCC. He was sitting at the end of the table, whilst the other friends of him conquering each side of the tables. I noticed, he was a quite person, smiled a lot and talk very little, and that green stripes T, that T... well, that green stripes T was to blame.

We went out officially 12 times before we became lovers. We took pictures at Cyberjaya Lake, clubbing, movies and casual dinner for sooooo many times. Yes, i finally fell in love with him. It was the night we ( MMU UPG members) held a concert in MMU Chiller Plant. I was rather busy that night as a stage manager and surprisingly he found me. That was when cupid struck, I looked at him, our eyes met and there he was, smiling so sweet, towards his other half (even though he has no idea of it). Like a lightning discharge, i eventually knew, that night, he has stolen and took away my heart so close to his.

It was a serene night on April 04, 2006, I dressed up to impress and he smiled as a signed he was impressed. We were out for dinner and he popped the question afterwards..... and my answer was, nobody won't resist your love for you are the kindest and sincere person I ever met......

Thanks Shahrizal Rahim for those dinners and movies. I hope being your wife repays everything.... I love you and I'll always will.

Fun at World Kidney Day Run!

Save your kidneys, save your heart!

We had a real good time today at the World Kidney Day Run organized by the National Kidney Foundation.

I had so much fun running, in a distance of 5 km from and to Dataran Merdeka. The route taken were from Dataran Merdeka to Jalan Parlimen to Bank Negara to Tugu Negaraa and back to Dataran Merdeka.

This is my very first 5 km run in my entire life, the most is 2.4 kilometres during the PTD assessment in Chukai, Kemaman.. I enjoyed the run, i sweat a lot and I can feel my feet burning. It took me almost 45 mins to complete the run. The feeling if u asked me.... Awesome!

I can't deny i had an active life during this DPA, apart from losing 5 kgs in 3.5 months in DPA, i've learned a lot and went to places I never been before. DPA teaches me so much things about indepence and confidence.

Maybe I'll take part in another event like this one, well, just for a self pleasure.

Sesungguhnya Dugaan Allah....

Aku menghadiahkan blog entri ini kepada seorang teman, sebab itu penulisannya berbahasa melayu.

Aku tidak mengenali teman ini serapat teman yang lain. Namanya sungguh indah, penghulu segala hari. Aku tidak menganggap dia seperti teman-teman yang lain, kerana aku ada satu pandangan terhadap dirinya. Maafkan aku Tuhan, kerana aku sendiri yang lemah dan kerdil, memandang makhluk ciptaanMu dengan pandangan yang berbeza. Barangkali tidak perlu aku ceritakan disini.

Aku merasakan teman ini sungguh unik. Dia bagaikan hidup dalam dunianya sendiri. Tidak mempunyai ramai kawan, endah tidak endah terhadap orang lain, terhadap segala tugasan yang diberikan dan tidak bermaya untuk bersama-sama menyertai aktiviti yang kami lakukan.

Aku ada bercakap dengannya beberapa kali. Aku banyak menegur, namun tidak sinis. Masih aku ingat ayat teman ini.. " aku tak kisah dengan ko as... aku tau kau macam mana". Aku gembira dan aku buang jauh-jauh pandangan negatif aku terhadap teman ini. Jauh dilubuk hati aku hanya mendoakan yang terbaik untuk dirinya. Aku berterima kasih kepada teman ini kerana dalam senyap-senyap dirinya, pernah juga dia memberi dorongan kepada aku.

Aku bertemunya di surau sebentar tadi, Teman ini menyebut dengan nada sedih.... " Tidur malam aku, tidak akan lena seperti tidur malam kamu semua.." Hati aku tersentuh mendengar kata-katanya dan aku dapat merasakan kesedihannya.......


Esok merupakan hari terakhir dia disini. Meninggalkan kami atas sebab-sebab kesihatan. Bersabarlah, kerana dugaan Allah itu datang berbagai cara. Allah tidak akan menguji kita lebih dari apa yang kita mampu. Percayalah teman, segala yang berlaku pasti ada hikmah disebaliknya.

Aku hanya mampu mendoakan yang terbaik untuk dirinya. Semoga teman ini tabah menghadapi hidup di bumi Allah ini.

Not Juz Another Sunday!

I thought of a different kind of dating, you know, not just same ol' same ol' movie watching, shopping or dinner dating. By the way, there are so many ways to spice up our lives, to add in some extra ingredients, to try new things and etc. We took a tiny step to spice up our life and do thing we RARELY do. Hihiks! This time we conquered Broga Hill.

We woke up as early as 5 a.m in the morning, it was a cold morning, very quiet and peaceful. Went out at 5.45 am and reached Broga hill at about 6.30 a.m. We climbed up Broga hill at 6.30 a.m and it took us about an hour to reach the first phase. There are 4 peaks or rather phases to go, well that's what I thought so. We took a rest and watched the sunrise.

After that we moved on to the second and third peak. The view was awesome, though it was rather cramped with people. For a second, I stand there and think, why I never thought of doing this in my early 20s. Hihiks!

Luv at Broga Hill

It wasn't really my kind of lazy Sunday, but it was a great experience to know my husband and I can make it to the top. We'll find another hill, and we'll climb it, with luv.....
